Abstract:	This study aimed to identify the influences of the variables Client Characteristics (sociodemographic), Learning, and Learning Support on the performance of participants in Public Policy Evaluation training programs offered by the School of Public Accounts of the Federal District Court of Accounts (TCDF), measured through the Training Transfer construct. Although the literature recommends the use of multiple levels of training evaluation, organizations — including the institution in which this study was conducted — generally limit themselves to the first level, focused on assessing participants’ satisfaction. The research adopted a triangulated methodological approach, combining document analysis, interviews, and questionnaire administration. The sample consisted of 61 External Control Auditors and other TCDF employees. A Training Transfer Scale was developed and validated by expert judges and through semantic analysis. Additionally, an Exploratory Factor Analysis was conducted to obtain the factor scores. Among other statistical procedures, Pearson’s correlations, t-tests, ANOVA, and linear regressions were performed to verify the influences of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The variables gender, age, and education did not show statistically significant relationships. Among the sociodemographic variables, only length of service at TCDF and period of training completion showed significant relationships with impact. The Learning variable did not show a significant relationship, whereas Learning Support corroborated findings from the literature, standing out as the variable with the greatest significant predictive effect on Training Impact. As a Technical-Technological Product (TTP), a Roadmap was developed to guide the implementation of multiple levels of training evaluation, establishing guidelines and steps for its systematic application within the institutional context.
