Abstract:	Political, Economic, and social structures pass through continuous transformations. In particular, since the information technology revolution and the broadening internet access, it is possible to observe significant changes. Considering the public policy field of study, it is clear the growing influence of heterodox models (which assume critical positioning and are diversified) to the detriment of the classical ones (which are characterized mostly by the belief in progressivism and standardized policy prescriptions). We strongly believe that the heterodox model is more suitable to the network society, the outcome of the previous mentioned transformations. Therefore, this research aims to find innovative management strategies to promote socio environmental initiatives through a case study of the "Projeto Semeando o Bioma Cerrado” - PSCB (Project Seeding the Cerrado Ecosystem). It also intends to understand how different nature organizations (public, private, and social) set up liaisons among each other inside this project. This research discusses the Brazilian reality, notably the Midwest region, although it recognizes the need for public policy to promote development in other subjects and geographic areas. The main goal is to investigate innovative management practices (benchmark) for development initiatives. From this point, this case study can influence forward public policies and other theme-related projects. It also can help new policies to reach better results.
