Abstract:	The purpose of the research is to show the importance of socioinclusive music education in Tertiary Sector from the points of view of the Public Interest Civil Society Organization called Instituto Reciclando Sons, of its manager and founder and of the members of its history. For this reason, the social impact of the music education program which has been developed by Instituto Reciclando Sons for 18 years in Cidade Estrutural-DF was analyzed from the perspective of coexistence with other social works and of the organization as a social phenomenon. The chosen methodology was a case study, and the ethnomethodology allows the process agents to be identified. The resources are institutional reports, journalistic reports, the self-report of the researcher, and interviews transcribed in an explanatory level, in other words, narratives and reflections about them. The narrative of the manager and researcher brings a selfreflection in harmony with bibliographies about the Tertiary Sector. The result is a description of the human, social and educational factors which constitute the music education program. From the presented point of view, music offers the opportunity for the development of autonomy, identity and learning, which bring up perspectives and discoveries in the human progress.
