Abstract:	Considering the current scenario in Translation Studies—where approaches such as Feminist Translation have gained increasing recognition within the academic field—this paper proposes a reflection on the impact of Luise von Flotow's feminist discourse in academic publications in the area. The research is based on the perspective of intersectional feminism, as developed by bell hooks (1981), and is situated within the context of the fourth wave of feminism, which began around 2012. The main objective is to position the author and translator Luise von Flotow within the landscape of Feminist Translation in Brazil, taking into account her significant contribution to the consolidation of this line of study. Building on works such as those by Macias-Chapula (1998) and Moyano and Gómez (2020), which theorize how the systematic collection of information can provide an overview of what is produced in a field of knowledge, I propose a bibliometric study of master's and doctoral theses defended in Brazil, using the CAPES Theses and Dissertations Catalog as a source. CAPES is a federal government foundation focused on promoting academic research. The temporal scope from 2013 to 2025 is adopted to cover the most recent period, corresponding to the strengthening of the fourth wave of feminism, and is also linked to the Sucupira Platform, which collects and catalogs all postgraduate (master’s and doctoral) productions in the country. Furthermore, I use search terms to strategically guide the research and access published works related to Translation Studies, enabling my reflection on the topic. After filling out a technical data sheet, with the aim of creating graphs presenting a quantitative analysis of the most cited works and the year in which Flotow is most referenced, a qualitative reflection is proposed. By identifying 2022 as the year with the highest recurrence in the graphs, I propose a view of the post-pandemic scenario and the widespread use of the internet as a research and advocacy tool, which facilitated broad visibility of debates on women’s rights, feminism, and feminist translation.
