| Abstract: | Este estudo discute e analisa os efeitos da intervenção artística Des(iguais) grafitado em uma das paredes externas da Biblioteca Central da Universidade de Brasília. Utilizou-se pesquisa bibliográfica e revisão de literatura para elucidar as origens do grafite e das pichações em espaços públicos e sua compatibilidade com o patrimônio histórico. Também foi aplicado um questionário com abordagem qualitativa como instrumento de coleta de dados que deu luz às percepções de 34 segmentos da comunidade universitária. Com base na maioria dos relatos foi possível inferir que o espaço tornou-se mais acolhedor e representativo e promoveu impacto inclusivo e identitário. |
| Abstract: | This study discusses and analyzes the effects of the artistic intervention Des(iguais) graffitied on one of the external walls of the Central Library of the University of Brasília. Bibliographic research and literature review were used to elucidate the origins of graffiti and tagging in public spaces and their compatibility with historical heritage. A questionnaire with a qualitative approach was also applied as a data collection instrument that shed light on the perceptions of 34 segments of the university community. Based on most of the reports, it was possible to infer that the space became more welcoming and representative and promoted an inclusive and identity-building impact. |
