Abstract:	The present Final Course Conclusion Paper (TFCC) has as its object of research the experiences of mothers of premature newborns hospitalized in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (ICU). In Brazil, approximately 340000 premature newborns are born per year. They are newborns who are born before completing 37 weeks of gestation, the gestational age that defines the moment when they would be sufficiently mature for an adequate adaptation to extrauterine life. Therefore, they are characterized by vulnerability and dependence on specific and safe care. Showing interest and trying to find out what is going on with the mothers of preterm newborns about the experiences of premature birth, the feelings and reactions generated, the resources used in coping, is something that can positively influence the work of the multidisciplinary team and consequently creating an effective bond between mother and child and between the team and the mother-newborn binomial. This context in which prematurity is inserted, with emphasis here on the experiences of mothers of premature newborns during hospitalization in the Neonatal ICU, generates an enormous concern regarding the mother-newborn relationship, the binomial with the professionals and the care that can favor the interactions and safety of these newborns after discharge. The objective of this study is to listen to the experiences of mothers of premature newborns related to the period of hospitalization in a neonatal ICU. In an attempt to broaden the exercise of thought about the experiences of mothers of premature newborns, a support and relationship with philosophy was sought, through theoretical contributions on experiences through the reading of Friedrich Nietzsche and the philosophy of the Frenchman Jacques Derrida. It was decided to use post-critical methodologies as means of investigation and treatment of the writings obtained. These are the Otobiographical Method and the Tympanization Method, which guided the Transcreation Workshops. The format adopted for the organization of this research was the multipaper, being structured as follows: introduction, articles (I, II and III), technical product, final considerations, additional TFCC references and appendices. The three articles were titled as: I: Health and disease as possibilities of a lifetime; II: Maternal experiences in a neonatal intensive care unit: an otobiographical study; III: Health education: discourses, practices and challenges. The study brings as a technical product an educational proposal aimed at mothers of newborns admitted to the Neonatal ICU. The results showed that the mothers' narratives constitute an important element for understanding the context, the experiences and the way each one constitutes their experiences. Each mother expressed a unique way of voicing her fear and insecurity during her child's hospitalization in the ICU, aspects that are very present in her statements. Contrary to what this study proposes, it is still biased and risky to maintain verticalized practices in health institutions, with few gaps to the powers of creation. The formation of a syncretism was sought, when trying to integrate new questions from the mothers' perceptions with the knowledge brought by medicine and philosophy. Anyway, one more attempt to go beyond a medicalizing perspective of life.
