Abstract:	The aim of this study is to employ scientific research and a case study to acquire qualitative data and assess the impact of interpersonal relationships in the work environment. These associations have been so influential and wide-ranging that previously disassociated concepts have come to occupy a prominent place for the proper functioning of companies. In the past, the humanization of interpersonal relationships and ethical issues in the work environment were not considered by corporations, however, currently, there is a social demand that makes these principles an integral part of the image that the company wants to convey in relation to its services and products, investing in valuing its workforce, making the corporate environment healthier and more productive.
