Abstract:	The aim of this research is to show on how subjectivity is constructed in neoliberalism and how this face of capitalism manages to prevail and prosper. Deleuze and Guattari are the philosophers who analyzed capitalism from the perspective of psychology, the unconscious production of desires, the coupling of desires in machines. They dealt with the desiring transitions of hunter-gatherers to the despotic state and then the civilized capitalist state. Along the way, they demonstrated the nomadic movements which conjure the emergence of the State, the passage from finite to infinite debt with the emergence for the desire to stock. The constitution of the machine to capture nomads living in the smooth free fields of the Earth, inventors of war to defend themselves against the State machine. The focus of the analysis is the neoliberalism, which is the face of capitalism in the 21st century and about which one cannot fail to address four of the most important phenomena: globalization, financialization, technology, and the society of control and surveillance. Phenomena that point to the neoliberal capitalist becoming. The thread of the analysis is D&G's philosophy on capitalism, for them the most insane sócius process. The current neoliberal dementias are: paranoia and schizophrenia as exposed in Anti Oedipus. Paranoia appears in the indoctrination for the extraction of surplus value and the unlimited accumulation of currency, they consider the divine market, the minimal state, the false competitive nature of man, the ideology of individualistic meritocracy, the supremacy of private management over public. Everything to control the desires and to code them. We researched also other critical authors such as Karl Marx and contemporary critics of neoliberalism such as: Pierre Dardot, Christian Laval, Antonio Negri, Michael Hardt, Thomas Pikety and others. A philosophical analysis of the neoliberal plan is the formation of a subjective univocity from the rationality of comprehensive social subjection and machinic submission, Deleuze´s and Guattari’s concepts. The objective is to discover the assumptions that shape, monitor and drive everyday behavior, practices at the family, sócius, planet and life levels. The purpose of dealing with this contemporary problem is to understand that we are trapped in a global systemic cage with no apparent exits, with grids ruled by technologies, codes that prevent us from thinking. Deleuze and Guattari masterfully deal with the post-1968 critique of capitalism that marked the trajectories of both philosophers.
