Abstract:	This research had as its theme the challenges that health agents and endemics encounter in communicative action to prevent dengue, Zika and chikungunya. The current scenario of public health problems, such as the Dengue, Zika and Chikungunya epidemic, requires coping, with health information and communication becoming imperative in this coping. In the course of this work, an attempt was made to answer the following research question: How does the communication process take place between health agents and endemics and the community for the prevention of Dengue, Zika and Chikungunya? On this subject and its consequences, we will now address. The methodological approach adopted here is dialectical hermeneutics. This combination of complementary oppositions, which it presents to hermeneutics-dialectics is essential for the understanding of the established relationships and interactions and symbols, confer attributes to the subjects. 64 ACS and ACE were interviewed, in the five regions of the country, with one municipality per region. Information management, in addition to being a challenge currently for the health agents' communication process and endemic with the community for the prevention of dengue, Zika and chikungunya. It becomes imperative to overcome other challenges, if we consider this whole context. The environment for understanding information management gains relevance to the extent that its applicability depends on the understanding of its role by the subjects. It is increasingly important to think of the citizen as a user of public health information.
