Abstract:	The article aims to better understand how quality, through the evaluation of learning, has been addressed in the scientific literature, more specifically in the theses and dissertations defended within the scope of Professional Education. Considering that Professional Education (PE) plays a central role in the articulation of the vocational training process, it becomes increasingly necessary to understand the quality of the training received by the Brazilian workers. Therefore, in order to reach the intended goal, this work is broadly classified as a qualitative-exploratory research, having bibliometry as a data collection strategy and content analysis as the method of analysis. As a result, and based on the research, it is possible to assert that little is known about how the quality of PE has been developed and applied in Brazil. It is only known that it occurs in a decentralized way and through different mechanisms.
