Abstract:	Located in the coastal zone of the extreme south of Santa Catarina (Brazil), the municipality of Passo de Torres is inserted in priority conservation area of beaches, restingas and swamps, according to the National Plan of Coastal Management. The local Marine Biome has high to very high priority for conservation actions for sustainable use of biodiversity. The present work aims to analyze the dynamics of land occupation and use in the municipality of Passo de Torres - SC, over 80 years (1938 - 2018), from multitemporal analysis. Identify the remnants of restinga and indicate the loss of areas of this ecosystem over the years. Also, to analyze the planning of the Municipality, based on the Master Plan and the Coastal Ecological-Economic Zoning (ZEEC) proposed by the Coastal Management of the State of Santa Catarina (GERCO / SC), to identify conflicts of occupation and use planning over restinga remnant areas and to provide input for the local planning debate. From the visual interpretation of the Landsat 8 - OLI Sensor image from 2018, the Land Occupation and Use Map of 2018 was generated. The classes identified in this map served as the basis for the retro-analysis of the 1938 aerial photography. , 1957 and 1978 and from the Landsat TM 5 images from 1988, 1998 and 2007, generating their respective land use and occupation maps, which together present the dynamics and transformations of land use and occupation over the age of 80. Schemes of transformation of occupation and use of land were elaborated from the classes of anthropized non-agricultural area, anthropized agricultural area and natural area, thus demonstrating the advancement of anthropized areas over natural areas and the loss of areas of the restinga and wetland ecosystem of the Atlantic Forest Biome. Finally, the data from the areas of the Map of Occupation and Land Use of the year 2018 and the areas proposed in the Macrozoning of the Municipal Master Plan and the Ecological-Economic Zoning proposed by the Coastal Management of Santa Catarina were carried out.
