Abstract: This documentary research was based on an archive background on the monitoring of security measures by the Program of Integral Attention to Madness Offender, (PAILI) in Brazilian Portuguese, program of execution of security measures in Goiás. The PAILI was founded in 2006, after provocations of the Public Prosecutor's Office, as an articulator between the demand for execution of a security measure and the mental health institutions in Goiás. It is a unique experience and it aims to apply the Law nº. 10.216/2001 on safety measures. In the archiving of the PAILI there is the storage of extinguished and non-extinguished safety measures dossiers, among them we selected a sample that is the empirical corpus of this research. In these dossiers, our objective is to analyze the meanings of the dangerousness category in the discursive production of different agents: PAILI technicians, magistrates, and experts from the Court of Justice of Goiás. Considering the hypothesis that there would be moments in which the dangerousness comes up and moments in which it does not appear in the archives, it would be important to understand which directions evoke the dangerousness and how it is re-done or undone in the practices of intersection between PAILI and Judiciary. Therefore, we verified, along with the Content Analysis method, the lexicons associated to the category of dangerousness that appears in the sentences, expert reports and reports of the program. We have identified how these lexicons are constructed as discursive practices and how this construction is related to PAILI practices the non-hospitalization in asylums. In the discursive practice of medical knowledge, the doctor-expert constructs the dangerousness by means of coded diagnosis in an International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD); by the description of behaviors and symptoms of madness; antecedents and family ascendants in psychiatric treatment and by the register of family and social bond. There is a widening towards the dangerousness category for the subject's outsiders but directed to their family bond. Through the duplication of this medical knowledge, magistrates assume the previous construction of dangerousness, linking it to behavioral changes (personality and symptoms of madness); an International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD) and the seriousness of the offense / recidivism, demonstrating how the non-approvability and punishment are implicit meanings in the criminal decision. As in an antithesis of dangerousness, until the extinction of measures, the absence of danger is synonymous with the absence of psychiatric symptoms. On the other hand, in the PAILI reports, there seems to be a displacement, first in the care network that seeks the integrality of the treatment under SUS parameters. SUS lexicons arise as a unique therapeutic project, adherence to treatment, users and integral care. Ambiguities show in this construction related to the senses of behavior, adherence to treatment, stable mental frame, family support and social reintegration. There is not only a discursive construction here that seeks to break with the penal-medical double, but also to carry out a release.
