Abstract:	This dissertation is the result of research carried out in the Graduate Program in Human Rights and Citizenship (PPGDH-UnB), of the research line Education in Human Rights and Culture of Peace, of Center for Advanced and Interdisciplinary Studies (CEAM), University of Brasília (UnB). The study focused on Educational action of Makiguchi with contributions in human rights education in public schools in federal district. The research is about education in human rights and culture of peace. The object of study was the actions developed by the members of the Association Brasil Soka Gakkai project members OFF Makiguchi in action implemented in Brasília. the project in 2001 and has as pedagogical proposal the dissemination and implementation of the teaching Soka. The Soka education (or value creation education) is a theory created by the Japanese educator Mrs. Tsunesaburo Makiguchi. Makiguchi's thinking is centered on the idea that all people should be happy while they study. According to him all people should be valued and encouraged to develop their activities in the best possible way, making the study a full and satisfying act of satisfaction for teachers and students. “Be happy while studying” is one of the main educational innovations created by that teacher. The present research has as proposal the analysis of education of creation of value in the Federal District, the research was motivated by the fact that the researcher is a member of the Brasil Association Soka Gakkai (BSGI) in Brasília. The soka education proposal (value creation) can contribute to implementing a culture of peace in society for using the concepts of dignity of life, human revolution, courage and creation of value in order to spread a new conception of education that can contribute to a more just, democratic and very happy society.
