Abstract:	The elaboration of this study was based on the idea that social arrangements in networks and collective actions are fundamental ways to solve individual and collective problems, enhance the feeling of belonging to a group and, by extension, contribute to the social, economic and political development of the settlers of Agrarian Reform of the National Land Credit Program in the municipality of Unaí/MG. The general objective was to analyze the influence of social networks of the settlement projects in the collective management process anda, specifically, it was aimed to map the social networks, comparing them, and analyze the collective action taken. The research integrated qualitative, quantitative and descriptive approaches and as tools and techniques for data collection it was used questionnaires, focus groups and interviews. The questionnaires were given to settlers holders of lots of three settlements surveyed in order to map, analyze and compare the networks of influence, information and cooperation/mutual aid; focus groups were made up of families settled and carried out in their own establishments and interviews were held with the president of the Union of Rural Workers of Unaí and the coordinator of the National Rural Housing Program. Both focus groups and interviews were undertaken to better understand the social dynamics of the settlements. Among the main results, it was found that the networks of cooperation/mutual aid proved to be the most cohesive, information networks are presented as the most fragmented and influence networks appeared in an intermediate position. When comparing the mapped social networks it was not found many discrepancies between them. The results have not shown that a settlement overlaps the other with regard to social relations involving the setting in its various dimensions. Revealed only a few networks of settlements are more conducive to a relational potential than others. It was also found that the most common collective actions between the settlers are evidenced by conducting joint efforts and celebrations that mobilize people in everyday life of communities.
