Instituições de internação para adolescentes em conflito com a lei : a inserção dos amigonianos em Brasília

Abstract

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo analisar a proposta pedagógica amigoniana, investigando, de um lado, as representações sociais de adolescente e adolescência presentes no Projeto Político-Pedagógico Institucional (PPPI) do Centro Socioeducativo Amigoniano (CESAMI) e, de outro, sua estrutura institucional. O Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA) serviu como critério para o estudo desses elementos. O trabalho apresentou, ainda, as experiências da pesquisadora junto à Congregação Amigoniana no Brasil e na Colômbia. Os textos do PPPI e do ECA foram analisados pelo software ALCESTE. Os resultados estatísticos obtidos foram interpretados em relação aos seus eixos de sentido. Ao serem comparadas as análises dos documentos, encontrou-se uma aparente convergência entre os eixos que tratam do desenvolvimento do adolescente como algo a ser promovido. Tanto no ECA como no PPPI, o adulto é tomado como modelo a ser atingido, no entanto, os sentidos atribuídos aos adultos diferem-se pelos fundamentos jurídico-sociais adotados pelo ECA em oposição aos fundamentos religioso-cristãos adotados pelo PPPI. _______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

The present work had as objective the analysis of the Amigonian pedagogical propose by investigating, on the one hand, the social representations of adolescent and of adolescence, which are present in the Institutional Political-pedagogical Project (PPPI) of the Amigonian Social-Educacional Center (CESAMI), and, on the other hand, the institutional structure of this center. The Statute for Child and Adolescent (ECA) was used as criterion for studying these elements. The work presented still the researcher’s experiences in the Amigonian congregation in Brazil and in Colombia. The texts of the PPPI and the ECA were analysed by the software ALCESTE. The obtained statistical results were interpreted in relation to their axes of sense. By comparing the analysis of the documents, it was found an apparent convergence between the axes concerned with the development of the adolescent as something to be promoted. Both in the ECA and in the PPPI the adult is taken as a model that should be attained. However, the meanings attributed to being adult differ from each other due to their socio-juridical bases of ECA in opposition to the christian ones adopted by PPPI.
