Abstract:	This paper aims to analyze general elements for understanding the problems and challenges established in a judicial logistics view of the Lawsuits, especially observed by the experiences and possibilities for the advancement of artificial intelligence (AI). In this sense, the focus of interest will be perspectives for optimization and support, impacted by the context of improving the understanding of systemic rationality and the possibilities (already verified within R&D The Mandamus project) of answers to the challenges of artificial uptake in jurisdictional texts and new perspectives for machine learning responses to contribute to the challenge of the right to follow interpretive needs reasonably quickly. For that, in a deductive way, an argumentative construction will be made about the rationality potentially conferred by the combination of rationality systems for legal texts and technological support made possible by the AI.
