Abstract:	This Master's Dissertation intends to verify through an aesthetic pedagogical action if it is possible to influence or modify the perception that the students of the 3rd Segment of Youth and Adult Education from the Educational Center 06 of Ceilândia, Distrito Federal, regarding what they think about the city they live. This investigation still reflects on a possibility of identity valorization of the Ceilândia Administrative Region, as well as its socio-cultural spaces via Cordel literature, through a case study. Thus, the methodology used was the application of the socio-historical-cultural questionnaires, the procedures of activities related to the production of the Cordel, with the themes of Ceilândia and the production of woodcuts with styrofoam, associated with its spaces, which demonstrate symbolic, historical and mnemonic, strong character pointed out in the results of affective cartographies of mental maps elaborated by the collaborating students. The central theories that underlie the discussions and analyzes proposed in this research are the use of cordel as a pedagogical tool, the ethnographic study of Ceilândia, and also positive psychology. To this end, psychologists Seligman, Vygotsky, Bruner, and Csikszentmihalyi were used; the sociologists Morin and Hall, the philosopher Bachelard, the pedagogue Paulo Freire, the psychopedagogue Herbart, the teachers Puig and Teixeira Coelho and the psychologist, philosopher, educator, political and social scientist, Dewey.
