Abstract:	The article states the introduction on the discussion regarding existential damage affecting workers that activate themselves in new labor relations originated by the 4th Digital Revolution and more evident with the new coronavirus pandemic. Therefore, as referential starting point, we consider the numerous amount of complaints that went public through the deliverers of one of the biggest capital companies that dominate the international deliverer market. Throughout the world, the referred workers were systematically submitted to a labor regime characterized by the precarization and by the need to supply the demands of those that could benefit themselves from social isolation, the same way, the labor relations based on the same logic in the Brazilian territory suffered accented impacts. We pretend to emphasize the contradictions between the protections consequence of the fundamental right to decent work, the constitutional guarantees and the evident aspects of the existencial damage that emerge from these precarious labor relations. Lastly, to ground regulations parametres of the labor relations submitted to the hard regime of the application workers – accentuated because of the pandemic – from the guidelines of the International Labour Organization.
