Abstract:	The present work brought the inclusion of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDIC), in the Basic Education modality, to the teaching and learning process of Biology, aiming to identify constitutive elements of the teaching and learning process, in the teaching perspective. investigative. Thus, the work relates the importance of contextualization and the introduction of the social environment, enabling the significance of teaching (Ausbel and Dakovani) and the reflective analysis (Deuvial) of problematization, so that it can then appropriate scientific concepts, ie acquire literacy scientific research on the subject. Through the use of ICTs in the teaching and learning process, it contributes to the interactivity provided by the virtual environment, besides offering space to print opinions on the due subjects and to converge ideas, besides inserting visual, sound or even written aspects, analyzed. in multimodal texts, to the thematic analyzed, being established its use in didactic sequence of investigative teaching. In the research, there were moments of dialogued classes to expose the content of materials that preceded the use of the educational application Padlet. The research, developed in the action research methodology, had the classes recorded in a field diary for later transcription, reflection and analysis. In the data analysis, from three categories, the specific objectives of this work, it was observed the importance of the dialogue between teacher and students, based on the life experiences and the practice of use of ICD by students. This exchange of experiences was crucial for the effective learning process of biology contents mediated by digital technologies. It is concluded from the analysis that it is possible to approach biology contents through ICTs in classrooms, since it is a useful audience for the exchange of experiences and dialogue and, because it is inserted in the technological environment, can develop study habits. involving technologies as a new element of the school setting.
