Abstract:	In this work acting indicators were proposed in projects and costs of military works, whose methodology presents the calculation route with formulas, variables, criteria and periodicity. This proposal describes data collected from two different samples are discussed. The first is composed of 42 electric projects, hydraulics and structural; the second of 85 auctioned public works, being 30 of new constructions and 55 reforms. Both samples were extracted from the population of executed or in execution military works, located in the Brazil Middle-East, under fiscalization of the Regional Works’ Commission of the 11 st Military Area. The results of the proposed indicators are presented and analyzed with the application of some statistics resources, as: arithmetic mean, standard deviation and variation coefficient. Benchmarks of the System of Indicators of Oriented Nucleus for Innovation of the Construction (NORIE), Budget System for Works of the Army (SOOEx) and of construction magazines are used for analysis these results. This work presents the importance of the knowledge about indicators, however, in order of the heterogeneity technological, organizational and productive in the construction of building works, the improvements of procedures related with the analysis of indicators are still incipient to provide and aid in decisions.
