Abstract:	The social group investigated has a traditional fishery identity, which is predominant in the culture of man and re-signified, and also the black-quilombola identity that is legitimized by the self-declared collective as a remnant of quilombos, is guided by the last links with the content as social space. Such identities mark a construction of daily life and modify the community habitus. Losing the above, a gift that understands the meanings and meanings of corporate practices expressed in the daily life of the social group constituted by the “Comunidade Quilombola do Cumbe”. For that, a record of corporate practices on the social group was produced based on the constitution of its identity elements and an analysis on the ways of building the daily life from the ritual of the “Festa do Mangue do Cumbe”. In addition, an analysis of the corporate practices as mechanisms of cultural resistance of the fishingquilombola body was elaborated within the scope of the ritual "Cumê no Mato" and of the “teatro dos Calungas do Cumbe”. The research undertaken consisted of a case study with a qualitative approach, portrayed in the text of ethnographic orientation, elaborated according to the theoretical-methodological perspective of the sociology of everyday life. Participant observation and a comprehensive interview were used as procedures for searching for field information, in addition to informal conversations. Representatives of the “Associação Quilombola do Cumbe”, community leaders and social actors who practice or know the practices of the body participated as participants in the research. According to the analysis performed: (i). the corporal practices express a tradition that assumes a playful and festive sense; (ii). the “Festa do Mangue do Cumbe” consists of a ritual seen as an event of a political nature and an intercommunity celebration which assumes a sense of fun integrated into the struggle for free territory. The “Festa do Mangue do Cumbe” demands a sense of community leisure that takes place in spaces socially recognized as traditional by the social group; (iii). the “corpo pesqueiro-quilombola” manifests itself and makes visible the traditional-fishing and black quilombola identities by re-signifying and reinventing their corporal practices, idem by claiming and reaffirming their rights (territorial and cultural social) through traditional corporal practices, perceived as forms of cultural resistance; (iv). The "Cumê no Mato" belongs to the community habitus and transposes time while anchored in the tradition of going to the river. This ritual is renamed every day, given the joke of fishing and bathing in the river that give it a sense of tradition. While dance and body care give it a sense of reinvented tradition. The corporal practices present in the "Cumê no Mato" are interpreted as mechanisms of resistance, change and cultural reinvention, while these leave a social invisibility within the Brazilian society.
