Abstract:	The objective of this work was to map the state of the art from the lower Acre in relation to science, technology and innovation (CTI) to identify local actors and actions as well as the challenges and potentialities of CTI development and propose the consolidation of the ecosystem of innovation in the region, based on the quintuple propeller. The Amazon region historically has the lowest rates of economic, social and innovation development. In the national scenario, some urgent challenges have been discussed in order to reposition the Amazon and reduce economic and social inequalities in relation to the other regions of Brazil. In this sense, the concept of the Quintuple Helix (academy-government-industry-society-environment) fits the region of Lower Acre, by concentrating an expressive number of class entities, where the government works with the expansion of industry through partnership-public-private and for being a place of great concentration of biodiversity still little explored. The methodology used in this report was qualitative exploratory research with an inductive approach with the help of primary, secondary, and action research through the author's own knowledge, experience and experience. A large number of institutions were identified, working on several STI projects without the participation of private companies. In addition, there have been governmental initiatives to strengthen the innovation ecosystem, such as investments in shared knowledge management environments (startups, incubators, vocational technology centers, etc.). However, there was a lack of financial incentives to increase these actions, as well as the lack of synergism between programs and institutional projects, resulting in low innovation rates. It is concluded that the state of Acre needs to position itself strategically to reduce the dependency of the public administration and, with that, to promote an entrepreneurial environment, leveraging the innovation through the Quintuple Helix.
