Abstract:	This thesis proposes to meet the educational and employment history of workers in gar-ment productions of Goiânia-GO, with regard to labor insertion in the production sector and clothing clothes. The object of the study seeks to understand the trajectory of life of these workers, working conditions and gender, intertwined with the educational and professional training. The surveyed theme plan to better understand the relationships and working condi-tions that mark the reality of clothing, specifically women workers into factions. The working conditions are related to the transformations in the world of work in contemporary society? What are the contradictions? Analyzing productive restructuring, which conflicts can be per-ceived subjectivity and gender condition? Which place, or non-place, is considered the school for these workers? How these women have learned this craft? The objective of the research aims to analyze the educational and labor trajectories of the working of factions that make up the fabrication network of Goiânia in terms of their understanding of the work and training in the composition of their personal stories and bond formation with global networks of clothe manufacturing. This research undertook a qualitative type of research, used the following types of research: literature, documentary and empirical analysis of the interview instrument in depth. From listening to the workers, the authors emphasize their insertion into a produc-tive structure made in contradiction of the world of capital. Gender condition only comple-ments exploration while working conditions accumulates domestic work, child care and the professional work, the unique work space and residence. The job training presented in a spe-cific way and the school had a lighter passage in the trajectory of workers, which casts a ped-agogical challenge for schools in front of the student worker.
